Looking Back to Look Forward: How to Wrap Up the Year

Looking Back to Look Forward: How to Wrap Up the Year

Has this year shaken you up? Are your nerves frayed, is your nervous system fried, or are you officially at the point where you are side-eyeing 2025, and maybe even 2026?

No one here at the Moon Studio said this year would be easy.

If you’ve experienced loss, ruptures, and curveballs, you are not alone. If you’ve been questioning many things, including whether or not your guides have your back, you are not alone.

Some years are quieter. They are about reflection, shedding, letting go, and preparation.

If you’ve been paying attention to us here at the Moon Studio, we’ve been trying our best to help you navigate this year with our spiritual guide, Many Moons.

All year long, Many Moons has been our guide. It has not steered us wrong, and was a great support this year.

Here are some excerpts from the 2025 overview.

If you followed even a few instructions from this overview, you were ahead of the energies of the year. :)

What We Changed This Year, + The Results, So Far

People love hearing about material results, so here they are. It is long, but it covers the basics. If you are curious about other people’s businesses—and personal business!— read on.

Because I channeled all the themes for Many Moons ahead of the year, we knew things were going to be challenging, and that it was time to do things differently. And so, we did. I truly took the instructions for Many Moons and applied them to both the Studio and my personal life.

We built in way more time with our larger projects, and thank goodness, because everything dragged and took 3 times longer than usual this year. (You too?)

We spent way more time upgrading Many Moons on every level, from design to material, and it is truly a masterpiece, which is a great way to celebrate how far we’ve come. (Celebrating maturity is a 9 Year Thing!)

We started the year with the Venus Retrograde challenge for our beloved community members to anchor in self-love. It was the much-needed start to the year, and we’ll have more community-only challenges forthcoming.

I decided to release fresh new material about marketing, creativity, channeling, and intuition, but wanted to keep it private. So I only told my most beloved course participants, essentially making it invite-only. I ended up creating some of the best courses of my life that also felt intimate and vibrated with alchemy.

We barely promoted on our only social media channel. Instead, I spent time on Substack, sharing intimate and personal writing with no strategy: experimentation-only. We have now grown to hundreds of subscribers there.

So far, our profit has increased 23% from last year.
We listened to Many Moons, and my intuition: we poured into the beloved members of our community, favorite people, and gave them the tools and courses they need to navigate this time.

Because of this, our clients got a lot of results. People created newsletters, got more clients, created marketing plans and waitlists, enhanced their self-trust and intuition, and healed more. (If you’ve made it this far, our intuition course waitlist that begins in February is here.)

While we haven’t streamlined and revamped to the point I am satisfied with, we are making headway there. On a personal level, I rested more, continued to focus on my health and recovering from LC, and focused on pouring into my most intimate and cherished relationships. My circle is the smallest it has ever been, but everyone who is here loves me for me, not for what I can do for them, and not for whom they need me to be to make them comfortable.

I worked on my workaholism, underearning and overgiving tendencies. I’m not “cured,” but I made a lot of progress that I am proud of.

This is a year to clear away the old and create new foundations. There is still time to declutter, release, and decide to do things differently, each and every day.

Remember:
We change little by little, through small shifts in belief and energy. Repeated over time, those moments add up. We are not what happened to us. We are what we decide to do, and how we decide to do it.

Remember:
Life is not happening to us.
It is not happening for us.
It is not happening with us.
