Orders
Returns
The Moon Studio does not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges
The Moon Studio happily accepts size exchanges on UNWORN apparel pieces—just email the studio directly with your order number.
The Moon Studio is only able to offer exchanges on sizes per our available inventory, so please double check your measurements, or compare your favorite tee to a sizing chart to ensure you order the correct size, before you order.
*If you're an international customer looking to exchange your original apparel order, there is a return-shipping fee.
Edits to My Order
The Moon Studio cannot edit processed order quantities or split orders. We are happy to change addresses.
Cancel My Order
The Moon Studio does not offer cancellations of any kind.
Promotional and Discount Codes
Occasionally the Moon Studio issues discount codes through Sarah's Moonbeaming newsletter. Codes are valid per their stated terms when announced. The Moon Studio is unable to retroactively apply discount codes. One code per customer/order. Discount codes added to check-out notes are invalid per Shopify's commerce features.
Changes in Payment
We are unable to alter the payment method of your order once the order has been placed.
Pre-Orders for Many Moons
This Many Moons pre-order, which runs until September 11th at noon, is your opportunity to purchase Many Moons at the most affordable price, PLUS get free shipping.
There will be no better sale, deal, or opportunity to procure your copy Many Moons: the essential spiritual guide to the year.
We will have a different listing for Canadian customers within the month of October and will send updates via newsletter as that time approaches.
We cannot offer free international shipping at this time. We will announce international stockists throughout Autumn.
Change of Delivery Address
We can make changes to your delivery address so long as your order has not yet been shipped. We cannot make any changes once the item is in route. Please email us at love@moon-studio.co with your order number and updated address.
Gifts
If you'd like to add a note to your order, simply click the "Add Order Notes" button on the cart page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and ensure it’s included with your order. Additionally, if you'd prefer us to remove any pricing information from the shipment, please let us know.

You can get in touch with us via email at love@moon-studio.co. Please note that we respond to inquiries from Tuesday - Friday and typically respond back within 1-3 business days, unless we are closed.
Shipping
Locations
The Moon Studio ships within the USA and Canada only. If you are ordering from a country outside of the continental US, you are responsible for any additional costs incurred with customs.
Methods and Timelines
All of the Moon Studio orders that require physical shipping are shipped with USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail (with the exception of posters, those are shipped via USPS First Class). We typically ship out orders two times a week, Tuesday and Thursdays. USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail typically arrives within 1-3 business days but is not a guaranteed service. Please check the tracking number on your order and follow up with your local USPS office.
Tracking Information
Once an order is prepared for shipment, customers will receive an email from our studio directly (via our site or ShipStation or from Stamps.com) with tracking information. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to update their system. Please note, sometimes shipping confirmation emails from the Moon Studio can be labeled as spam or land in your promotions folder. Please check email folders before reaching out.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Once an order is out of the studio and with USPS, it is out of our hands: the Moon Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or returned shipments. USPS Priority Mail packages are insured by USPS. If USPS has misdelivered or misplaced your order, you are entitled to that compensation but you must file a claim yourself as you are the recipient. To ensure your order is safe, we offer Route Shipping Insurance.
Route Shipping Insurance
The Moon Studio's online store also offers the Route app which gives customers advanced tracking and shipment protection. Please do not turn this feature on at check out if you are only purchasing a digital download, or online course and/or workshop. Route is intended for physical orders only. You must opt-in to use Route: the Moon Studio is not responsible for Route and cannot refund orders that opt-in to use Route—please shop responsibly.
Delivery Notes
Delivery instructions included in order check-out notes are not guaranteed as we do not deliver the packages ourselves. Please contact your local USPS or delivery person directly.

Currency
All prices are listed in USD. You can change to view your country’s currency via the toggle at the bottom of the page. All transactions are in USD.
Sizing
The Moon Studio offers sizes XS-4XL! If your size is not listed, it has sold out.
The Moon Studio apparel sizing is unisex. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.
Restocks
The Moon Studio does not always restock sold out pieces. The best way to find out about restocks is to sign up for Sarah's Moonbeaming newsletter. Restocked styles usually become available again within 3-6 weeks, depending on our sweatshop-free supplier and production schedule. Thanks in advance for your patience!

Workshops
Are live workshops recorded?
Yes, everyone gets the replays. They are yours to keep forever. We email everyone the recordings 1-3 business days after they are held.
Will there be closed captions?
We enable closed captions via Zoom. If you need an ASL translator or live captioner, you must let us know 2 weeks before the session, and we'll happily book them for you.
Courses
I missed the deadline for the course. Can I still sign up?
If it is within a week, email us, and if we can let you in, we will!
I didn’t receive a link to the class. Can you send it to me?
Sure. Email us with your order number and we’ll help you. Please add love@moon-studio.co to your trusted senders list so that it doesn’t go in spam or trash.

How can I get your products in my store?
Before you contact the Moon Studio to learn more about collaborating, please note that we do not accept wholesale accounts looking to carry the Many Moons planners ONLY. If you want to carry any of our other items (prints, zines, apparel, totes, etc.) consistently, please reach out with details and we will get back to you as soon as possible with information on our studio minimums, production time, and more! You can get in touch with us via email at love@moon-studio.co.If your store’s name includes culturally appropriative language such as “spirit animal”, “tribe”, “gypsy”, etc., we politely decline your inquiry. We do our best to not work with stores that sell appropriative products or utilize that language. Thanks for your understanding!
