Studio Operations & Customer Care Assistant
$25/hour | Part-Time | In-Studio | Highland Park, Los Angeles, CA
We’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and warm Studio Operations & Customer Care Assistant to join our team. This is an in-person role, 2 days per week (Tuesdays + Thursdays) with the potential to grow into a larger role with added hours and benefits.
✦ Position Details

Schedule: 2 days/week (Tues + Thurs)

Pay: $25/hour

Trial Period: 2.5 months (prospective start between June 30th - July 7th)

After trial: transition to 21 hours/week (3 full days)

Future potential: 32 hours/week with benefits

✦ Responsibilities
Operations
-
Pack and ship customer orders
-
Studio upkeep: cleaning, tidying, watering plants, running errands
-
Inventory management and product listings
-
Vendor and product research
Customer Care & Admin

Respond to customer emails with clarity and warmth
-
Maintain and update Shopify site and product photos
-
Assist with light administrative tasks
-
Track updates and tasks in Notion
-
Take detailed notes and stay organized

✦ Requirements

1+ year of Shopify experience

Proficient with Notion, Google Drive, and Zoom

Comfortable lifting 25+ lbs
-
Reliable transportation
-
Valid California Driver’s License
-
Preferred: retail experience, familiarity with startups or small businesses
