I had to send you a quick email to thank you for the Clear the Channels workshop. It was just what I needed. It did clear the channels… the channels that got blocked from all the marketing books/classes/endless courses where you have to *do* and push and adhere to a '5 steps to a 6 figure salary system' that just do not resonate with me. The programming of having to be busy with being busy (am in progress). And simply focus on a few things to be clear about what I am offering. Not just as a yoga teacher/ayurvedic practitioner but as a person. 

My focus now is to write (which I love). Write a weekly newsletter (same day and time) with actual content and allow that channeling to guide me and my business. As well as focus on my blogs. And then allow… for whatever may arise.

So thank you. It has been/is a immensely helpful reminder.
