Highly sensitives need a different level of care than the average person.
Once we are tapped into our needs and unique self-care routines, we have access to flow, insights, and creativity that we are meant to experience regularly and bring forth. For a long time, we’ve tried to fit into the same boxes as others and wondered why we are depleted, frustrated, and can’t keep up. We’ve contorted ourselves, and haven’t given ourselves the time and space to figure out our unique needs.
Sarah, a highly sensitive, will share her story with you. She will share practices that have worked for her, and practices that have not. She will discuss what the highly sensitive is, and some little-known ways to figure out if you —or someone you know and love—is a frustrated, depleted highly sensitive.
We’ll discuss nervous system restoration, energy practices and techniques, and grounded, practical actions that you can take, as a highly sensitive, to live a more aligned, more fortified life.
