Self-Care for the Highly Sensitive

Highly sensitives need a different level of care than the average person.
Once we are tapped into our needs and unique self-care routines, we have access to flow, insights, and creativity that we are meant to experience regularly and bring forth. For a long time, we’ve tried to fit into the same boxes as others and wondered why we are depleted, frustrated, and can’t keep up. We’ve contorted ourselves, and haven’t given ourselves the time and space to figure out our unique needs.
Sarah will discuss:
- Getting in touch with what we need in relationship
- How to avoid becoming too entrained or enmeshed
- Issues of codependency with highly sensitives
- The struggles of being a "Mirror Person" and what to do about it
- The relational strengths of being a highly sensitive
Sarah will discuss what she's learned in over 13 years of a long-term, intimate relationship with someone who does not identify as sensitive. She will also talk about energy signatures, and all that she has learned doing intuitive readings, and working with groups.
