This workshop series is open to all participants of Clear Channels. If you have taken Clear Channels anytime in the last 3 years, you can take this 2-part workshop!

Both sessions will include our signature energy and somatic practices attuned especially for the group, experiential practices to get you creating, and group shares and coaching.
By the end of our time together, you will have connected more deeply to your conscious and spiritual channel, and have made a creative map.

You will be given support around your own channeling, and by the end of the channeling session, you will have been given resources around how to strengthen your channel, ways to practice channeling that works for your unique needs. You will have spent enough time in your own channel that you will receive specific messages and solutions for some of your creative and business questions.

You will have gotten very intimate with your own creative process, and be given suggestions, support, prompts and practices for when you feel stuck, scared, uninspired, and unsure of your next steps.

Cultivating Your Channel, will drop you deep into your own energy and allow you to feel safe to explore your own messages from different layers of consciousness. If you want to know all Sarah has to teach around channeling—conscious channeling, preparing your energy, grounding your energy, stepping into the field, diving into flow, and more—this is the course for you. If you’ve ever wondered at Sarah’s prolificness, it’s partially because she is channeling. And you can do it too! It just takes practice, and the ability to drop the ego, doubt, and get out of your own way. Which you’ll learn about in session 1.

In The Creator’s Constellation, we’ll dive deep into the creative process itself. We’ll break down the components of a creative process, and you’ll have time to figure out what your unique stages of creativity are, where you feel strongest, where you feel stuck, and what to do about it. This is a highly experiential, mapping process. Come with a stack of ideas and interests. Leave with some clear guidance on how to get begin, and what order. If you fell in love with the Closed Loop process, you’ll continue to be in love in this workshop!

Everyone who attends will get the replays as well as any supplemental materials. All the material is yours to keep forever. Both sessions will have a 15 minute break, and you are free to take a break at anytime.
