A weekly, 45 minute kick-off call filled with motivation, energy work, and group coaching
2 Weekly co-working sessions: 4 hours of co-working a week!
Weekly emails with Sarah’s creative tips, techniques, and reminders
A weekly practice, bespoke energy flow, or meditation that you can use to keep the momentum flowing
Access to a Slack channel that you can tune into for group coaching, support, and digital community
