"The suggested ritual for this month wants us to get clearer about our emotions around career and our goals in the realm of ambition, goal setting, and structure.

A staircase can be a spiral. A staircase can be an escalator, or an elevator. Or it can simply be a collection of landings that you use to move forward, and up and out of various situations. Think about what you want the staircase of all that you want to look like, and what kind of work you are willing to put in to keep moving."

The suggested affirmation for this time is: "My present hard work becomes a gift to my future mirror."
