This class changed the foundational level of my spiritual practice. It taught me different aspects of energetic hygiene through frameworks such as relational and power dynamics, sphere of influence, nervous system regulation, window of tolerance, boundaries, and inner child healing. While this class did include esoteric knowledge on correspondences, archetypes, allies, spells (cord cutting, uncrossing, banishing, etc.) it also focused on self-resourcing and alternatives to defensive magic that felt influenced by restorative justice and loving kindness. A more holistic form of protection with a trauma informed approach. After this class, I had a consistent daily ritual, felt grounded and nurtured during an eclipse season, and had my first experience of contact with ancestors.
