Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing class! I wish I could do a class with you every week. This was my first one, and I will definitely be signing up for more. The cord cutting was incredibly powerful for me, in particular. It made me sob in this really intense visceral way, in the final exhale of it. It actually really took me off-guard!
