How To Make A Decision 2.0 is all about using spiritual and somatic frameworks to help you make a much needed transition or two. 

What if the challenges you are coming up against were designed to help you grow? What if your fears were strong messages around what you are ready to receive? 

This workshop will help you look through the lens of your life through the most potent patterns that are reoccurring, and will give you suggestions on how to shift them.

In this interactive workshop, you will pick at least one question you’ve been mulling over, and you will make a decision about it. 

You’ll get to the heart of the matter, with help from archetypes, non-dualism, and all of our intuition.

We'll also dive deep into the HOW of How To Make A Decision, with an eye towards breaking patterns. 

Sarah will share the frameworks she used to change her life, create better habits, and build stronger self-esteem.

Celebrate the equinox by committing to a different way forward. We’ll end with a guided meditation to affirm our imagination and nervous system that it’s time to grow.
